"Pousada é péssima"

A pousada é péssima, não caia nesta roubada. Para se ter uma ideia pedimos para o transfer que a pousada oferece nos apanhar no Galeao e quando chegamos, às 23h, não haviam mandado carro para nos apanhar. Quando chegamos na pousada havíamos reservado quarto para casal e só tinha um quarto de solteiro a nossa espera e nao tinha nenhum gerente para falar. O quarto era um muquifo, pior que pensão. Além de ser um cubículo, as camas de solteiro uma era mais alta que a outra e o colchao dá para sentir as costas. No banheiro a descarga estava estragada e o chuveiro mal instalado. Roupa de cama e toalhas eles só renovam a cada 4 dias. O piso do banheiro era de cimento. A porta do qaurto era de madeira velha e para fechá-la um cadeado. A pousada é suja e desorganizada. Dormimos apenas uma noite e no outro dia mudamos para um hotel na esquina, quase pelo mesmo preço um ótimo quarto e serviço. Ah, o café da manhã só servem a partir das 8h30 (pao frances, queijo, presunto, um bolo, café preto, leite e suco de laranja de saquinho). Enfim, nao entre nesta furada.

Bonita Ipamena has the worst experience I had. The hostel has a great location, but unluckly the house does not support so many people. 3 of 5 days I was hosted there was no water event o take shower and the staff was not able to deal the problems. The switches didn’t work and the girl there took more then 24 hours to get me an extension. There is no air conditioner. My room was not cleaned in the fourth day, which would be the day that they will change the sheets. Finally, I do not recommend this hostel to anyone.

El hostal tiene una ubicación inmejorable, eso sumado al personal tanto administrativo, como en cocina, como los muchachos de logística son FAN-TÁS-TI-COS.
Ahora, lo malo es que ellos dan la cara por todas deficiencia que el Establecimiento posee y que por supuesto uno no se entera a la hora de señarlo.
Voy ir al grano para que sepáis mi experiencia (que no tiene porqué ser la de todo el que haya pasado por allí)
1) Te abren la puerta, no tienen ventana, solo un cuadrado con ladrillos huecos sin la ventana, ni marco, ni vidrio, ni ná de ná...A las 5 de la mañana el sol te despierta, a las 6 te molesta, a las 7 no lo soportas.
2)La ducha, depende donde te toque, en mi caso arriba, no sale agua caliente. Ellos vienen y te juran que eso que sale es agua caliente, pero a lo sumo puede tener 20º
2)No tiene armario (NINGUNO)
3)No tiene baldas
4)No tienen perchas, solo una barrita con 2 perchas para dos personas
5)Las sábanas bajeras son tan pequeña que a la hora de estar en la cama ellas se hacen un chorizo y a la hora y media terminas durmiendo sobre el colchón.
6)Hormigas en cuarto...las que te imagines.
7)Goteras cuando menos te lo esperas sobre la cama a la 1º lluvia.
8)Los pisos siempre sucios
9)No tienen frigo ni te dan la posibilidad de disponer de uno del Hostal, en mi caso las pastillas para guardar en frío casi se me estropean.
10)No puedes llamar desde tu cuarto hacia afuera,tienes que bajar.
11)Internet funciona un rato sí, un rato no.
12)El ordenador se guelga un rato sí, un rato no.

We got so badly biten by bed bugs here!!!!!!!!! It caused lots of distress and when we asked for our money back to move elsewhere we were told NO REFUNDS. Rude managment, nice staff though.

cet hotel est vraiment genial pour les jeunes;
il est a ipanema a 5 min de la plage
l hotel est jolie avec sa petite cour interieure .
Les chambres sont propres et le petit dejeuner est bon.
Je recommande vivement cet hotel en couple ou entre amis
